Join Public Counsel attorneys, Uyen Nune and Ritu Mahajan, as they review various legal issues that nonprofits should consider when evaluating revenue generating activities. This seminar will cover examples of revenue generating activities, unrelated business income tax, preserving tax-exempt status and limiting liability, and various options for structuring revenue generating activities.
